White Chocolate Velvet Spray
White chocolate 20 g
Cocoa butter 20 g
⭐️ Mix in a 1:1 ratio
⭐️ Spray at 40–45°C
⭐️ The spray gun I used isn’t made for velvet effect on mousse. It’s for spraying cocoa butter color, and the nozzle is small, so the velvet texture doesn’t show very well 😭
I don’t use velvet spray often, so I haven’t bought a proper spray gun yet, but I’m thinking I might this year..
